Powers & Company, Inc. was retained to serve as Materials Conservator for the rehabilitation of the Pittsburgh Post Office and Courthouse, Pittsburgh, PA. The scope of this project included assessing historic materials, conducting paint analysis, assisting with development of construction documents and conducting on-site observations of ongoing work.
